The Lakehouse is a stunning residence with a waterfront terrace and access onto Lake Annecy. It is located at the Southern tip of Lake Annecy, 15kms away from the famous town of Annecy, the Venice of the French Alps, a great location all year round. Featuring 8 double bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, with large open and convivial spaces, the villa is perfect for special special holidays with family and friends.
The outdoor spaces consist of a large terrasse and green lawn area leading onto the water side terrasse and ponton. There are plenty of sun loungers, 3 paddle boards available for the guests and 2 large outdoor dining areas with BBQ and outdoor fridge to relax and enjoy al fresco meals. A recent addition of a hot tub completes an all year round experience for the colder months. The House is set over 3 floors - lounge, dining, kitchen , TV room and 4 bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedrooms on the upper levels, all elegantly decorated all with their own bathroom and TV and amazing views on the surrounding landscape.
The house offers stunning light and airy open plan living spaces, a large dining table and an American style modern kitchen fully equipped to cater for 15. The separate TV / sitting room has a table football and is a great snug place for kids and teens and leads onto a back terrasse with ping pong table and shaded outdoor furniture.

The forecourt parks 4 cars and a large garage is available to park bikes, cars and sports equipment. The bus line runs closes by but a car is recommended. Ferry in summer departs from the restaurant "chez ma Cousine", just a few minutes away, towards Annecy town and the lakeside villages.

The Guests may access all areas of the house. Should the house be rented partially only (for up to 8 people); the remaining areas will be blocked off and the guests will enjoy private use of the property.

Neighbourhood
Watersports: The Local nautical club offers motor and sailing boat hire, windsurfing, pedalo and paddleboard hire. Lessons and courses are offered in all of these activities. Access by car - left from here 500meters through the camping lac bleu (Port) or paddle board around to the right.
Water Ski and wake - surf lessons: There are many all around the lake but the closest spots are Doussard, Duigt et Angon
Diving There are a few schools but the nearest is at Talloires
Tennis courts for hourly hire in summer. Opposite the « camping lac bleu » 5mn walk from us. Just make bookings onsite. They serve drinks and food.
Bike hire Casual town bikes left from here approx 400m opposite « camping lac bleu ». If you would like to hire more upmarket light weight roadbikes then Sevrier on the way into Annecy is best at Cycles Toinet or Basecamp in Talloires.
Cycling piste and rides Runs all the way to Annecy and Albertville – no cars and beautiful scenery running past fields and the lake. See map. A lovely day trip to Annecy. Flat and approximately 15 kms. The whole family should be able to manage. You can catch the bus back or the ferry if you don’t feel like the return cycle. We are also surrounded by some of the world’s most famous rides which feature regularly in the Tour de France. With notice guides can be arranged.
Mountain Biking VTT Many of the ski stations such as La Clusaz (40 mins approx) offer mountain biking using the telecabins in summer.
Paragliding We are in the epicentre of paragliding and there are schools all over. We recommend K2 Parapente, just next door as they are also a training center and offer a very friendly and safety focused. Tell us you come from us and book early! Most departures take place from the site de Planfait ou La Forclaz.
Accrobranches or tree top climbing - Talloires Base Nature in Talloires is great for kids (and adults) climb and balance from the tree tops plus other fun activities.
Luge Seythenex, past Faverges has a summer and winter luge.
Adventure Sports: Takama, Monte Medio, Le Bureau des Guides all offer a great selection of Outdoor adventure sports: canyoning, rock climbing, via ferrata, mountain biking, mountaineering outing, paragliding, etc, Golf de Giez - 10mn drive

House rules
- Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10am - The house is stricty non smoking. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided. Please do not throw the cigaret butts in the garden. - Celebration, parties and events are strickly forbidden unless written authorisation has been granteed in writing by the owner or our agency. - A rental, liability and cancellation insurance is compulsory . Please contact us if you need assistance. - Strict rules with regards to noise and neighbourhood apply. A public access along the water front is granted by the French Law "du littoral" and cannot be negotiated. - We may consider pets; please contact us for more information. - Groups of young adults must be accompanied by a responsible adult in charge. - A welcome booklet and a digital guide will be made available to the guest with all the information about the house, activities and restaurant in the area.

All our properties will follow the very strict government guidelines in terms of cleaning. Our laundry is cleaned by professional cleaners, also implementing the Government rules and using eco friendly produces whenever possible. The environment is precious to us, and you will appreciate, whilst staying with us, how fortunate we are to benefit from such pure waters and magnificent landscapes. We will therefore call to your attention to avoid wastage (electricity and water) and to recycle your waste whenever possible.
