Centrally located in Talloires village a couple of minutes walk to the waterfront, this lovely character building comprises of 3 self contained apartments that can be rented as a whole, perfect for families that want to be together but would like some separation!

3 lovely self contained apartments, with an exterior shared lower terrace and BBQ and balconies off the upper apartment. The lower apartment of 35m2 is a lovely studio complete with queen size bed and sofa bed for one person, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen, wifi and air-conditioning. Apartment 2 and and 3 are accessed by a shared lobby on the first level. Apartment 2 is 35m2 and has a separate bedroom with double bed, bathroom , kitchen and dining area with sofa bed , TV and wifi. Apartment 3 is the largest apartment on the top floor at 80m2 with open plan kitchen, dining and living rooms opening out onto balconies and views of the village life and lake. There is a bathroom and washing machine / dryer. Up a flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. One Queen bedroom and the other containing 2 single beds that can create a double . Above up a steep stairs is a sleeping mezzanine level with double bed.

Neighbourhood

The typical village townhouse is located right in the middle of the village, on the main "piazza". The grocer, baker and newspaper shop are across the road as well as a couple of restaurants, the cycle cafe Basecamp where you can hire bike, have a cafe or grab a small bite. Many more restaurants are available 5mn walk from the house, on the water front. Great walks and treks depart from the village, all the watersports and boat hire and shuttles are available from the beach area and Talloires Bay; the cycle lane go through the village ; Tennis courts, mini golf, are also just on our doorstep. Talloires even has its little, cosy cinema.
In summer and winter, the mountain villages and famous stations of La Clusaz and Grand Bornand are an easy 30mn drive away.

House rules

- No smoking except outside the property
- No parties or event unless approved beforehand with the Owner- Noise restriction applies and drugs and overuse of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Check-in from 4pm & Check-out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the property manager.
- Pets are prohibited unless approved beforehand
- Groups of young adults must be accompanied by a responsible adult that will take responsibility for the group.
- Guests will receive a house manual with a full list of property details, rules and local recommendations a couple of weeks before arrival.
- A comprehensive holiday home rental insurance is required to rent the property

Notes

All of our properties will follow very strict government cleaning guidelines.
Our linen is cleaned by professional services, who also apply government rules and use environmentally friendly products wherever possible.
The environment is precious to us and you will appreciate, by staying with us, the chance we have to benefit from such pure waters and magnificent landscapes. We will therefore draw your attention to avoid waste (electricity and water) and recycle your waste as much as possible. All information will be available in the welcome folder available at the property.
