The Veyrier Villa is a spectacular house with views and pool perched above lake Annecy in the highly sought after area of Veyrier du Lac. La Charmette is a beautiful character property, recently renovated on the upper levels. Keeping original features it has been tastefully refurbished . The property is set over 3 floors. The entry level consists of a large lobby, leading to a spacious dining reading and TV room. The kitchen is a separate room. The living area spills out onto the exterior patio with amazing views and large exterior dining table. The first level comprises 3 large double bedrooms and one room with 2 single beds. 2 of the large bedrooms have wash basin areas and spectacular views and the third has an ensuite with shower. A separate shower room and family bathroom with bath and bidet complete this level . A wooden terrace wraps around the outside at the bedroom level offering outstanding views! The top floor has a large sleeping area with 2 single beds. Off this is a separate toilet and wash hand basin area. Close by, another double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom.
Outside at the pedestrian entry is a front patio with BBQ. Facing the lake a large patio area with dining table. This steps down to the pool and wooden terraced area. The surrounding garden is sloping and not fenced .

Neighbourhood
Veyrier du lac is a prestigious little town on the Eastern shore of Lake Annecy. It's a small paradise for nature, sports and food lovers.
Essential shops are available in the village (baker, grocer, newspaper and a small supermarket) and a wide selection of shops (butcher, pharmacy, teashop, ) is available in Menthon St Bernard or back in Annecy.
Set on the lake but with woods and mountains (The Mont Veyrier) just behind, it offers a huge range of exciting activities including water-sports, paragliding, canyoning, hiking, mountain-biking, road-biking. A 42 km cycle path goes around the entire lake. Veyrier has a main Beach with a paddling pool with a cafe and a large petanque club next to it. The Tennis club, diving club, nautical club are just next to it.
A range of restaurants will keep you entertained in the evening Le Pecheur to the famous chef, Marc's Veyrat blue house, or "La Station des Sens" delicious pizzas, there is plenty to please everyone. The neighbouring villages of Menthon and Talloires and Annecy have a lot to offer too. Going around is easy: the cycle lane crosses the village and tanks to the newly finished cycle lane, an easy ride will take you to Menthon, Talloires (watch the hill coming back!) and Annecy. Boat shuttles are also available to reach Annecy Old Town
Winter sports lovers can enjoy the family resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (45 mins) or smaller local resorts Montmin (15 mins) and La Sambuy (30 mins). Chamonix, Meribel, Courchevel and Val d'Isere are 1h15-1h30 away.

The environment is precious to us and you will appreciate, by staying with us, the chance we have to benefit from such pure waters and magnificent landscapes. We will therefore draw your attention to avoid waste (electricity and water) and recycle your waste as much as possible.
