Dans le contexte de la Covid, nos équipes suivent le protocole de nettoyage le plus stricte: - Toutes nos équipes portent masques et gants pour le nettoyage entre chaque location; - Elles utilisent le gel hydroalcoolique le plus souvent possible, pendant le processus de nettoyage. - Le linge, dont les proteges matelas et oreillers sont nettoyer par une blanchisserie professionnelle, suivant un protocole de nettoyage très stricte. - Toutes les pieces sont aérées, fenêtres ouvertes le plus longtemps possible, entre locataires. - les équipes nettoyant puis désinfectant pour les surfaces avec une attention particulière aux poignées, interrupteurs, clés etc. - un désinfectant spécifique aux surfaces alimentaires est utilisé en cuisine. - Coussins décoratifs, plaids et couvertures sont alternés pour pouvoir être nettoyés. - Les filtres de climatisation et sacs d'aspirateurs sont changés / nettoyés après chaque groupe - des bouteilles de gel hydroalcoolique sont laissées a la propriété pour votre utilisation

House rules
- No smoking except outside the property - No parties or event unless approved beforehand with the Owner- Noise restriction applies and drugs and overuse of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
- Check-in from 4pm & Check-out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the property manager.
- The number of guests cannot exceed the number of sleepers published.
- The Property offers open spaces and unsecured access to water . Children must be supervised at all time.
- Pets are prohibited unless approved beforehand
- Groups of young adults must be accompanied by a responsible adult that will take responsibility for the group.
- Guests will receive a house manual with a full list of property details, rules and local recommendations a couple of weeks before arrival.
