This beautiful house is located in the heart of Veyrier du Lac, a few minutes walk from the lake and Brune beach. Recently renovated, the house has bright and modern living spaces opening onto outdoor terraces and garden where you will find the stunning 8x5m state of the art swimming pool, a play area for the children and a vegetable garden. The house is located in a private driveway secured by a gate, where children can play safely. A 5 mn walk down the road will take you to the child friendly Plage de La Brune when there is a paddling pool, play area, a snack/ café and free outdoor concerts all summer.

There are 5 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms over 3 floors. 2 of the double bedrooms are part of a ultra modern extension added to the house, offering high ceiling, bright and spacious spaces with their ensuite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms share the top floor as well as full family bathroom.

The living space is very pleasant and bright, with its modern kitchen opening onto the dining room, living room, garden, south west facing terraces towards the lake, ideal to enjoy the sun set and outdoor dining around a barbecue for example.
The swimming pool is few steps below the terrasse at garden level .

Important note: the aiconditionning units are only available in the lounge and bedroom on level 2. The tops rooms dispose of fan units.

For athletes, a gym is available with a home trainer, rowing machine and weight bars.

The flat, enclosed garden with swing and play area will delight the children. The house is located in a private development with secure gate.

Many activities are available on our doorstep and without taking the car: swimming in the lake, paddle, boating, tennis, running/trail running, hiking in Mont Veyrier or Roc de Chère; Shuttles as well as free electric bikes take you to the center of Annecy and the old town.

The house can easily park 3 or 4 cars and dispose of an electric car charger.

The space

Nicely renovated, the house contains 5 bedrooms, 1 big bathroom and 3 shower rooms. The living room is nice, with open kitchen, access to the terrasse and the pool. We also have a gym with home trainer, rowing machine and weights. The garden is closed, hence kids can safely play.
2 bedrooms have king size bed, 1 queen size, and the kids room has a bunk bed with 2 good beds of 90x200cm. Baby bed available too on top.

Neighbourhood

Calm and lake proximity are the 2 main advantages of our neighborhood. You can do a lot without taking your car: swim in the lake, paddle, boat rental, water ski, sailing club, tennis, restaurants, bakery, public bus to Annecy or to the mountains La Clusaz/Grand Bornand, hiking, running, climbing, paragliding...The center of the village is also 10 min by foot.

You can collect the fresh vegetables and fruits from our organic garden. A charger for electric cars will ba available to you on the house parking.
